'Catch Me If You Can' review
'Catch Me If You Can' was pretty good .. all-round well acting with high speculations that Christopher Walken might walk away with an Oscar for his role as Leonard DiCaprio's dad in the show. Well, if you ask me, he's way too cool for shit like that .... fer fuck's sake, he was the archangel, Gabriel in the Fallen/God's Army. He's evil man .. evil, i swear ... but of cuz, in a gd way lah ... In the exact way, I avoided 'Gangs Of New York' cuz I believe, still do, that Leo. DiCaprio is way too boyish to act as an Irish immigrant ruffian. But he totally slays in the movie, capturing your attention and acting out fully the character's age within the show, ranging from 13 to his early 30's. Well, personally, Amy Adams was a stunner as the ditzy, God-fearing nurse with braces, Brenda. Totally vulnerable and wide-eyed .... Tom Hanks, well, given his standard and back catalogue of work, turns in his high level of performance and doesn't disappointed. While it isn't exactly a comedy or thriller which the movie was being marketed as, it's really a dramatic movie, albeit with a strong sense of nostalgia, harking back to the good ol' 60's about a young boy finding his place in the world.
well, i guess i'm gonna review the new CD which i bought a few days back.
'Stevie Wonder - the Definitive Collection'. wooo hooo ...
